The process is thorough, some quiz questions. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel at ease. You might have to interview with multiple people including co workers, multiple managers, VPs.

Interview
Easy and normal questions, review of resume, company scope on business trend, they checked on my background and asked question about my personal life, sales attitude is a key, you need to come prepare and be able to sale yourself, this would make entirely the difference. At least 2 or 3 interviews will be performed with different manager teams, they are all about the same questions, don't be afraid to let them know why you are the best fit for this Company
