Not that long of interview and very short questions and no resume needed. Had to apply online and take a test online to customer service, knowledge, and safety. After that I received a phone call to do on the phone interview.
Interview with the store manager ,interview with the grocery manager , long personality questionnaire done on the computer in the store ,oral drug test lasting five minutes ,offered low pay so do not forget to negotiate

Came in waited at the front doors. Manager greeted me and brought me into his office where i met with 3 managers, The grocery manager, Customer service manager, and manager of the store. Straight forward interview process. About a week later I came back to do a saliva drug test. Got all my paper work and then started a couple days later.
