I met first with the Store Lead and then the Lead of the Department of the I was applying for . I was there for 45 minutes because it was a weekly open house event so there will be others waiting to interview as well .

Interview
It was straight and simple; my own experience with the interview process was a minimum of 3 questions. Probably since I walked in and asked to speak with one of the produce manager to see if he needed help over the summer. Which led me to only get three questions from the store manager about why I wanted to work at there store.
Thorough, well organized. They make the interview Fun. They don’t make you nervous. They ask a lot of questions that relate to the job. They are interested in investing in you.
