Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.

Very easy. Went in and the manager looked at my app and resume. He asked me one or two questions and we just talked the rest of the time. the whole process from application to orientation was about a month. The interview was easy. I was asked maybe two questions and the rest of the time we just had a lovely conversation. He liked that I had a good handshake and held eye contact and smiled. My manager is very laid back so I don't know how it will compare to others.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.

I applied online and I showed up at the job fair in both March to learn about the company and April to actually do my interview. It was for a new store they are opening in Rolesville.
