I applied online. I interviewed at Publix (Dacula, GA)
Interview
Waited forever .. Interviewer was late
Interviewer kept focusing on how physical the job was (I am female and kind of small). I regularly lift heavy weights, worked manufacturing (heavy lifting) for 9+ years, and am solidly built. I feel like he kept seeing my gender as an issue. Questions were rushed and he seemed disinterested and hurried. Maybe I should have went into the interview in ripped jeans and a muscle shirt.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Publix (Columbus, GA) in May 2021
Interview
Very average, no difficult or challenging questions. Very straight forward and to the point questions. I believe there was a total of 10 questions in all. Not a stressful interview, very laid back.
Interview process was cool, the interviewer did not ask too many questions. They ask about your previous work experience and how it can relate to the position you are applying for.
