Phone screen and then an invitation to take a test. The testing was ridiculous 3 hours of my day wasted because I could only take it on their time. 2 hours were technical and the rest were more personality questions. A really cold way to actually get to know someone. You spend lots of time waiting between events. I almost forgot I even applied. Really felt like a waste of time.
