I called the manager on a Monday and was told that she didn't have any positions. However, she asked for my name & number in case anything came up. I applied the day after anyways, and then I got a call from her on that Friday asking for me to come for an interview. Interview was pretty brief and easy, it was just basic questions, nothing to hard. And she was very welcoming!

Process was fairly easy. Mostly laid back interview. Asked most common interview questions. Discussed dress code. Interview was about 30 mins or less. Was told there would be a second interview process but didn’t receive a call back.

I did not get a call back so the interview did not occur. Publix continuously says they are hiring but has not mentioned anything about my application. Maybe it depends on location.
