The interview process was very quick and easy. I heard back from them within a week and had an interview set up immediately. They asked basic questions regarding aspects that you can contribute to working as a team, and other questions like that.
They took me to the Store manager's office and asked simple questions about strengths and weaknesses and why you are fit for working at Publix. It was short and you hear from them either that day or the next depending on when you interviewed.
