Interview
I had an interview with a manager who asked me about my availibility and some basic questions based on my performance or abilities. If I worked well under pressure or if I could handle a big workload. Stuff like that. Later, I had an interview with the owner of the Publix. He basically reviewed my resume and then hired me.
They asked me whether I knew how to do things outside of bagging and restocking when I clearly stated I was only going to do bagging or restocking shelves with the desired items.

They asked if I could cut a sandwich in half efficiently and quickly
They weren’t hiring anymore minors at the time didn’t want to proceed with interview. My son needed a summer job and they stated they hired as many minors as they could.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publix (Loganville, GA) in Dec 2021
Interview
Interview was brief. Questions were simple and easy to understand. Overall well-paced and well constructed. Interviewer was nice. Everything was good. Some questions were slightly tricky but overall good interview.
