Interview
After applying you'll be contacted by an HR person to interview for the position. I had to go in store t the kiosk, and apply there. They like to promote from within. So, if you don't apply for entry level you better have management experience from another grocery competitor.
They asked me whether I knew how to do things outside of bagging and restocking when I clearly stated I was only going to do bagging or restocking shelves with the desired items.

They asked if I could cut a sandwich in half efficiently and quickly
They weren’t hiring anymore minors at the time didn’t want to proceed with interview. My son needed a summer job and they stated they hired as many minors as they could.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publix (Loganville, GA) in Dec 2021
Interview
Interview was brief. Questions were simple and easy to understand. Overall well-paced and well constructed. Interviewer was nice. Everything was good. Some questions were slightly tricky but overall good interview.
