1-Online Coding 2- HR Screening 3- Technical round So starting with Online coding round, They have come up with some brilliant coding platform which hardly works. They have designed the code there but guess what....it never works. :D I remember recruiter saying that she has shared the test link with more than 70 people and it worked for only 1 guy. Imagine the level of standards they are maintaining. Somehow, after all ups and down, I manage to clear online coding round. Now the never ending chase start. You literally will have to chase after recruiter to schedule your interview. She will ask your availability and you will plan your time accordingly but once the available time comes, no meeting invite, no communication from recruiter and on top of that, recruiter is unavailable to take up your call. :D It took 4 weeks for me to get the technical round scheduled after a very long chase. And, now your interview is done and you have to wait for feedback. After 1 week of chase, I finally got to know my tech round is clear and she will start the process of releasing the offer letter. Dumb me, I trusted her and dropped the other opportunities as she said offer letter will be released very soon. After her lovely words, she is again disappeared. No calls and communication for a whole week. And, after a week, she comes with surprise saying you will have another round now. :D What a pathetic process, right? No, the worst is yet to come. Since, i was option less as i had already said no to other opportunities, i was like go ahead mam. Schedule it please. And, as the PS has fantastic process of delaying the things. The never ending wait start to schedule the next round. :D After another 2 weeks, finally the day came when interview got scheduled. It went well and as a candidate my expectations start building up to get the feedback. But, but to maintain their unprofessional behaviour, they again disappeared. And, now it has been another 2 weeks waiting for feedback but no communication from recruiter, no response over email. A serious question to PS, do you seriously think it is normal to ruin candidate's time? Do you even have any professional ethics to treat your candidates with respectful manner? Worst experience of my career so far. I will never ever recommend this organisation to any one.
