Bait and Switch Interview process
Company needed to cover a client role so advertised a full time position. I applied, had two internal interviews and one with the client. Client loved me and they wanted me for the role. Only one problem, sapient offered it to me as contract, then when I informed them I applied to a full time role they advertised tried to tell me it was contract all along. It wasn't. The role I applied to a was listed as a full time position and with an annual compensation range. I have the listing.
Don't trust this company. They are actively recruiting for contracts that they advertise as FTE.

It was smooth and the interviewers were asking questions from the practical standpoint. the question were not generic ones. the panel was very respectful and they dont ask a lot of questions
Premier appel avec une recruteuse sur mon profil. Entretien typique pour un premier rendez-vous. Salaire annoncé assez bas pour ce type de poste ce qui a mis fin au process (environ 60k)

Good process with no real plan to implement onboarding. What is the goal of change management? They didn't seem to have a plan. They need to be better about sharing where they are and where they are going.
