Challenging interview process. Started off with a 15-20 mins screening interview with the recruiter, followed up by a 1hour phone interview with a manager. This was very in-depth involving both behavioral and aptitude questions and a case study. You have to prepare for this phone interview as you would prepare for an in person interview. If you pass this second phase then you're moved on to the final stage of their interview process, which is a three hour onsite interview. This involves an aptitude assessment with a senior associate and a case study presentation with a manger. The interview process is challenging and they really test your skill level so be prepared in your knowledge area.
