I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (New York, NY) in Sep 2016
Interview
I got the interview through campus application system. It was a very basic behavioral interview. The interviewer was based in NY office and the interview was conducted via Skype. The interviewer asked questions based heavily on my resume about my past experience, such as AI, and my interest in some topics.
Interview process was quite easy. I don't belive it will be a challenge to obtain a job at this organization. This is an overall nice to have experience I think you should also appu
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient
Interview
Terrible - Incompetent HR. Worst I have ever had. HR was late to interview, kept staring on the screen reading emails during interview and had no idea I am way overqualified for the job she was soliciting. Asked the same questions over and over again as she clearly did not comprehend the answers I was giving. As a cherry on the cake, I have never heard back on the outcome of the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Washington, DC) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process was very easy. I didn't have the standard case interview experience, but I know some who applied for other positions did. There was a 30 session of behavioral questions with the first interviewer, 30 minutes to prepare a presentation, and 30 minutes to present/continue discussion and ask questions to a different person.
