Amazing and easy. ended up not taking the job for other reasons but i have to say great process and i loved being a part of it. although our conversations did not lead to me accepting i felt like i was being interviewed by an actual person
Fast, fair, and succinct. The interviewers were talented at their jobs and asked great questions.
I was directed primarily to the team and hiring managers and found them intelligent, understanding and empathetic for their customer.

The interview process started with one phone screen with recruiter. Then, three rounds of interview with the team that is hiring. Process was less than a month and went very smoothly.

Quite slow with some emails being missed, with a psychometric online test, an initial interview call, a lengthy assessment day that included two interviews and a group task. Overall took more than a month from initial application to hear back on the final decision. I still don’t know what agency or specific job I might be doing, as we were assessed for several different similar roles.
