3 rounds I talked to supervisor, Associate director, and director. They were friendly, but direct in their questions. They also have time for me to ask questions back. Behavioral questions for the most part.

The hiring process is surprisingly fast. The questions were all technical, very straight forward. Not much soft skills, ethics or behavior questions. I thought it was not legit at first, since I am in a position where I interview applicants in my current position. And I always ask soft skill and behavior and team fit type of questions.
