Interview
The process was pretty straight forward, three interviews with different people. Starting with HR then moving to your direct boss and then a higher up boss/CEO type person. There were no trick questions which was nice, but they really wanted specifics on your previous experiences and what technologies or social media platforms you have used. That way they can see how your experiences will transfer over to their company and position.

It was your typical interview. It consisted of describing your background and them asking if you had experiences in certain things, why you applied, why you think you would be great for the position. etc.

The interview process started went decent and I thought I faired well but the there was third round of interview where the SEO head asked me what I have applied for and I told the same and explained how HR hasn't even told my designation yet. Bad experience in terms of coming back and reverting. The HRs don't know on what basis they shortlist candidates. Managers are clueless with your talent.

La première partie on se présente et la seconde le recruteur nous explique ce qu'il recherche, les missions précises liées au poste, etc.
