Initial message sent via LinkedIn. The 1st interview was an HR call in which they explain the position. The recruiter did not have their camera on while I was on camera. Moved to 2nd interview which was supposed to be technical. The interviewer had his camera off (once again while I was on camera) and seemed to be on the road. There were no technical questions rather than a discussion on my profile and once again the requirements for the position. The interviewer was unaware of my CV in general.
