I applied online. I interviewed at Public Financial Management in Oct 2021
Interview
Started off with a half-hour phone screen in which you get asked behavioral questions.
Then two 40-45 minute interviews with members of the team in whichever office has available analyst openings. They may ask behavioral questions, questions about your comfort with Excel, and questions about your interest in the position. Have a solid knowledge about bonds and the financial markets.

Interview
I had an on-campus interview in Minnesota. Two employees who worked in analyst roles (not HR) interviewed me, one senior management, one who was only a couple years out of college. Felt more like a discussion than an interview, went through my resume piece by piece and they asked questions about things on there. Explained a lot about the company.

After, there was a second round interview and a skills test. Lastly an in person interview in the office.
