Interview
1) Apply online through university website
2) Participate in on campus behavior interview
3) Participate in on site behavior interview with 5-10 other candidates. Participated in two interviews and a lunch.
Interview questions were standard and behavior-based. The lunch is particularly important in the process. You interview with three people in different positions from at least two PCG practice areas. The Raleigh and Charlotte offices interview together. Each individual interview is approximately one hour.
I had 3 interviews one with hr, one with my supervisor and one with the entire team. All the steps along the way were easy and well communicated. I felt aware of all the steps through the process.

Three rounds; first with an HR rep, then with another BA, then with a consultant. I interviewed for 2 different practice areas but only received an offer from one. All of the questions were behavioral or experience related.

phone interview followed by in person and then a panel interview. follow was needed with the HR. The interview was overall positive. they were very quick to respond and set up interview times.
