Interview
The interview process was very smooth. The recruiter was very responsive. The clinical manger, Dawn, was extremely welcoming. I got to the interview about 15 minutes early and Dawn welcomed me immediately. She was very informative about Pruitt as a company. She described how it is family owned and family centered.

Question 1
I have not gotten an offer yet but I am hoping to.
I was asked several questions in my interview including my experience, knowledge of resources, and availability.
I was also provided with the knowledge of what Pruitt offers, including their “make a dream” program. Dawn told me several stories from the past that this program has offered to patients and families, and the stories were not only amazing for me to hear, but life changing for the patients.

Interview
Extremely easy. Kristen was easy to talk to. She was prepared and very professional. Kristin had already spoken to the administrator about me. She did her homework first before making the call.
