The interview process was really simple and straight to the point. They asked about my experience, why I wanted to work as a CNA, and how I handle residents. It didn’t take long and everyone was friendly.

The interview was conducted in well organized setting. I felt very confident, and comfortable with the interaction we had among each other. And I feel as though I got the position as a CNA.

The interview was a very productive conversation that helped me realize how much I truly want to pursue a career as a CNA. Since I already work at this facility, our discussion reinforced my desire to continue growing here and confirmed that this is where I want to build my career.
The interview went great Casey is super welcoming. i learned alot about survey. We talked about the staff to patient ratios. I learned that orientation is a 10 day process.
