They use HireVue which was something I was very new to. I struggled to adapt to the software and did not like how impersonal the interview experience was. I did not have the chance to truly show my personal skills.

The first round for PGIM's 2027 Public and Private Fixed Income Summer Analyst role was conducted through a HireVue. It was 3 questions, no retires, and only 20 seconds to prepare. This is also the process's round 1, and then it is straight to a superday from there.
