I was contacted by HR for a phone screen, after providing my availability, she failed to contact me back and must have realized a week later that she dropped the ball. I finally passed through the screw and was asked to come in for a f2f with the CEO. I met the CEO that had recently taken the role (about 5 months back) - explained his position and pain point. I felt in control of the conversation and provided many tips on how I improve the quality of leads and expand their SEO. I returned back home that evening and wrote an email thanking the CEO for his time - no reply. I emailed the HR gal and called and left a VM requesting feedback - no reply.
