There was a group of managers, staff nurses, directors, etc all interviewing. It was intimidating but the panel were are friendly and very polite. They were very good about providing feedback as to whether you answered the questions well or if they needed more from you.

Interview
Interview was fast and simple , with only a few questions and a case study. It was about a total of 30 minutes with a panel of three people, for me at least.
Wasn’t with actual hiring manager. Interviewer talked most of the interview. Otherwise the process was okay. Got to tour the unit post interview which was helpful for making a decision

What is an example of a time you had a special connection with a patient?
It starts with an interview with the recruiter. They send your information to the manager. I got an interview with 2 clinical supervisors. It was fairly easy since they asked basic questions that hospitals usually ask.
