I have not heard back as of yet re: a job offer. Video Interview utilizing Microsoft Teams. There were 4 interviewers. Before the interview, I received a detailed email with documents describing the role and one that outlined the questions the interviewers would use during the interview. I spent a fair bit of time considering my answers to the questions I was supposed to answer. The document indicated it would mostly be a "behavior-based" interview. This was not the case. There were many questions I was asked that were not on this document. I would have preferred to not receive this document if they did not intend to use it during the interview!
