Proteintech interview questions

The interview process was straightforward. I had a virtual interview with three individuals—HR, a marketing representative, and another team member—followed by an in-person interview with a panel of five people. I felt the interviews went well and answered all questions confidently. However, my overall experience was disappointing. Despite following up multiple times via email, I received no response from HR or anyone I interviewed with. The lack of communication and professionalism left me feeling disregarded. It’s unfortunate that they seem to prioritize their own interests over showing basic respect to candidates.

1 on 1 interview with hiring manager followed by 2nd round interview with a panel and 3rd round with HR. The second round interview involved a scientific presentation followed by Q&A session by the panel members.
