It started on 22nd of December 2025.They requested to submit a video interview.It took me about 50 minutes to familiarise and record the entire thing. I waited for 16 days for someone to get back to me with details of the next steps. Next was an interview with Talent Acquisition. There were two additional assessments that I was required to complete before the interview.the interview went well. She seemed interested and promised to get back to me by end of the day.However she never did.I waited another 4 days before I followed up. But she never replied. Now It's been almost 1 month since they interviewed me. I have requested an update almost for 3 times now. I understand if I don't proceed to next stage(Although the Talent Aquisition said she is passing my application on to the hiring manager and she is impressed). But 1 month is a long time for any company to access any Interview. I have been applying to prophix for some time now and was genuinely interested to work for them. But this seemed utterly unprofessional. Heavily disappointed!
