Property Shop Investment interview questions

The interview process was straightforward but after getting the offer for what was supposed to be a full-time job with salary I got a contract for a project-based job with the full amount equal to the agreed upon salary. Also they have the right to terminate me without a notice period and without a clear reason. After sending an email asking why were the contract terms changed they withdrew the offer a week later. Totally unprofessional and shows misalignment in the internal process. Saying they decided to go with another candidate after sending me a contract to sign and even inviting me to all the onboarding meetings and sending all the onboarding mails is wildly unprofessional.

I have done 3 interviews that took me more than 1 month, only to not get any feedback, and the CEO of the abu dhabi branch, is a very rude person that asks personal questions about family, car loan, farther occupation, family location, car brand etc.
