Propellerhead interview questions

1. online interview (Q&A recording) 2. technical testing (take-home project) Not sure about the processes afterwards since I failed at the technical stage. Because I applied from overseas, the whole process is online.

Felt the interview process is time-consuming. Just a recommendation to the hiring team. If the experience of the candidate is not relevant with what the company is looking for, they should not process with the candidate with rounds like one-way video interview (1st week) and Assessments (2nd week) . Eventually, if the candidate is getting rejected with the reason "experience not matching", then I feel its a waste of time and efforts for both the parties.
