I happened to be interviewed at an open house a few years ago. There were 3 people there: A fellow CNA, the HR lady, and a Social Service lady. The Social Service worker was the one who asked me the questions, with the other two listening and taking notes as I answered. It was a bit stressful, but I quickly realized they all liked my answers and disposition. They no longer perform interviews in this manner, but I'm sure it was effective in weeding people out!
