Project Farma Manager/Director interview questions

I interviewed over the course of about 2 months. Many rounds of interviews and interviewees, including HR. Zero follow-up by HR or anyone else. I interviewed with other Managers/Directors. The process seemed arbitrary and they made it clear that you would be working 60+ hours per week or more.
