Easy but will ask hypothetical questions, especially if applying for a Marketing position. If your resume is good, it is possible they may only need a phone call. I suggest also asking questions to show interest.

Interview
I was overseas, therefore we did a Skype interview. It was laid back and straight forward. Good experience! They were really nice. Two ladies interviewed me. First, the lady I would be working under and second, someone I would be working with on these projects.
