The interview process was extensive and multi-staged. It began with an initial call, followed by an online assessment designed to evaluate attention to detail and literacy. After successfully progressing to the main interview—offered as either an in-person or online option—I had to consider the logistical challenge of the 180-mile round trip. I believe my inability to attend in person may have influenced the final decision. Following the interview, I completed two additional assessments: a Behavioral Assessment and a Cognitive Assessment. Despite investing significant time in calls, interviews, and evaluations, I was ultimately not selected for the position.
