Interview
I had a negative and unprofessional interview experience with this company for a Junior Product Manager position. I was required to create and present a slide deck, a task I undertook earnestly as I had respect for the company and their goals. I had done this for interviews elsewhere at the time, often receiving neutral or positive feedback.
During the presentation, I encountered unexpected and dramatic behavior from the CPO. He openly belittled me and my presentation, scoffed and interrupted me constantly, sighed and looked at his watch, and expressed a desire to leave the room early on many occasions. This approach felt less like an assessment of my capabilities and more, I suspect, an attempt to give me a lowball offer.
This negative experience left me with great concerns about the company's culture, especially concerning respect and professionalism. I extend genuine concern for those currently working for the company and for future interviewees who may find themselves in a similar situation.

Interview
The interview process was efficient, thorough, and delightful. Came into the office three times to meet the product and executive team. Had a great time learning more about the company, what they were building, and why. The team had super ambitious goals and were also great people.
Interview questions themselves were thought through, conversational and meaningful in nature.
