It was fairly straight forward. I sent in my resume, and heard back from them with a week. Whole process was pretty fast, and they were pretty upfront. It seems like a good company to work for with good loan products. The people that interviewed me were nice and didn't ask the ackward questions you get sometimes in an interview. All in all a good experience.
