      Corporate Trainer Interview

      Mar 30, 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Productive Power

      Interview

I participated in a mock interview which was the second step after an initial phone call with a recruiter that contacted me through LinkedIn. The phone interview was standard with basic questions on training background. The second phase of the interview process was a training session where you were to teach one of their employees, "PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, OneNote or the Google Chrome browser that will increase productivity." I chose something in Excel. Although I thought the content was demonstrated properly, I don't think I did a good enough job with the mock part of "engaging."

Thank you very much for your feedback and for taking the time to interview with us. It is always a very difficult decision for those on our Talent Management Team to select who they believe will be the most effective trainers after the mock interview session. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to interview with us and I want to wish you the very best in your job search.
