Applied online, was offered an interview within a week, and heard back within 3 days. The culture seems to be very laid back and familial, but the also want to get work done. For the interview we needed to prepare what we thought on a few items that were sent to us prior to the interview. The two who interviewed me were very nice and really worked to make the interview not a pressure filled environment.
