Prodieco interview questions

Chaotic process that had four stages, interview, solidworks assessment, and another two interviews. I was interviewing initially for a senior design engineer position, then was asked did i want to interview for a customer sales support role, and then was offered blister pack design engineer. They lied and told me everyone works from home, in the time I was there they constantly dangled the potential for remote working over me like a carrot for a rabbit on a treadmill, with zero actual intentions to allow it. Interviews weren't difficult but the process was a complete joke. They also conducted a personality test which to me seems like an unethical practice.

There are two stages to the interview. The first is by call and the second you must go to the site. The site visit is not that difficult. They will interview about your experience
