I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procession Systems (Reston, VA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I originally met some of the team at my university job fair. They were extremely approachable and transparent guys from the start. After a brief phone screen a couple of weeks later, a time was set up for an in person interview at the office. I got to meet the rest of the team after the interview and learn more about the day-to-day. I felt welcome and prioritized throughout the entire process and encourage everyone to apply who might be interested!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procession Systems (Reston, VA) in Apr 2019
Interview
I had a brief phone interview, it only took about 15 minutes. My interviewer asked me questions about my resume and what I was looking for in a career. I was then asked to come in for an in person interview. My second interview was with a few members of the management team. It was very professional, but still laid back not stressful at all. They asked me about my experience and just got to know me a little better as a person.

Did a secondary interview in person at their office in Reston where they went more in depth on the company and where they see themselves going.
The process was quick and straight forward. They were straight to the point and all their questions were based on how to improve and grow the company.
