The second stage of the interview, the manager was nice but talked for more than 50 minutes. May have asked me 2 questions. Nevertheless, at end of the interview, I was asked how my schedule was looking to come in and meet the owner. Normally, if you're interviewing a candidate, you should know if the person is fit for the role within 10 minutes.
