Intense! There were a number of online quizzes and surveys, a math component, role play, panel interview, inbox test, case based team interview. The vetting process can be a bit intimidating but it ensures a good fit for both sides. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the process and you get a great sense of what the company is like by the time you leave Montreal.
