I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ProSapient (London, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
A very interesting and useful experience even though I didn't get an offer.
Due to covid19 situation the 3 stage interviews took place online (Zoom).
The first one was with Sophie from HR, she presented the role in detail and helped me understand more about the company. Sophie also provided very useful tips for each stage of the interviews.
The second interview was a case study with one of the associates and a round of questions from the team leader. I enjoyed the case study because it made it clear how their internal process works in selecting experts.
The third interview was with a very professional member of the senior team, I believe I failed to get an offer because I could have offered more details about my past experience in a leadership position (STAR Interview Questions).
