Not worth it, the job description is misleading making the position seem like it is doing more than simply being a head hunter. The people are nice and the company does have good clients and reviews but there is little room for growth with long hours and completely in person.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ProPivotal in May 2018
Interview
It was quick - same day offer process. There's essay, call listening, and 2 interviews aside from initial phone interview with recruiter. It's interesting since I want to explore outside call center industry.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ProPivotal (Boston, MA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied for the position through a linkedin post. I got a call from a recruiter about 20 minutes later who asked general questions and then set up a time for me to come in the following week.
When I came into the office the recruiter I met with actually interviewed me as if I were to be placed elsewhere through PSG. When I expressed my interest in working within the company, the recruiter had me meet with another person from her team. Overall it was a positive experience- very professional and welcoming atmosphere. Both interviewers were very thorough and helpful throughout the process.
