Interview
A couple of HR phone calls and then a phone interview with manager. Shadow a few hours with a current employee. This was during COVID so I don't know what it is normally.
It was very easy to talk to the recruiter and manager, quick process. Applied to the job and had an offer within 3 weeks or so. Shadowed after the job interview
