I applied online for this position in October 2020 for the Phoenix, AZ (USA) location.
First I was given a timed IQ test and a behavioral test. Then I did a 15 min virtual interview with a field service manager. A week later I got an email from HR that their batch was full and they could not accommodate me in 2020. I emailed her back in December 1st week and she set me up for a 1-hour group interview. I was interviewed by 2 people - the Operations Manager and Field Service Engineer. This interview had 3 sections - general questions, a scenario to technically solve a broken TV in an AirBnB looking at a picture, an on-field scenario to understand the requirements of a client and assure him that you can complete the job within the given time frame (basically earn customer trust). Along with the final interview I completed 2 forms - one with general questions and other with a task prioritizing activity.
First started with a Resume scan, then a test, then an initial interview and a final interview. The entire process takes a bit of time but once you get going with it is quick .

Only 2 “technical questions” but they weren’t really technical they just wanted to see how you acted in the work place and that you could be trusted.
The Initial interview is a 15 minute interview to get to know you as a Candidate, after you clear that there is a Final Interview that is 1 Hour Long, this is more Technical and they get into detail with situational questions, circuit configurations etc.

They ask you about yourself, why you wanna work a full time travel job, and they ask you about your projects too
The first-round interview focused on discussing my background and walking through my resume. In the second round, they shared their screen and asked more technical questions, as well as questions about the work environment and team compatibility.
