I received an offer the same day as my call with the director. Despite there being several steps, the process moved quickly, and the team kept me informed every step of the way. The recruiter was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout. Regarding the CoderByte assessment - I appreciated that the questions reflected real-world tech I use daily rather than abstract algorithmic problems.
