There were three interviews. The first one was an outsourced company that basically just made sure I would be a good fit for the role. The next two interviews were with first the supervisor I would be working under, then a follow up with the Director of the department. Both these interviews were great. We vibed extremely well and the interviews felt more like a conversation of getting to know one another than an interrogation of generic questions. They definitely presented a people first mentality and culture, possible growth paths, detailed perks and team building events, but also focused on the customer and their 6 star service mantra. I don't know that the interview was "easy" but they made me feel very comfortable which in turn let me shine instead of bringing out my anxiety.
