Interview was held online via teams. It was very friendly and laid-back more like a conversation. I didn’t move on to the next stage but I was still pleased with how everything was handled.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Private Equity Recruitment (Hong Kong) in May 2023
Interview
Once you apply for a role on their platform, someone from their team will determine if you are a fit for the role at the hiring company or not. Interestingly, it happens that your profile actually is a strong fit for the role but somehow you get rejected. If you have the chance to speak to their consultants and ask for a reason, they might just tell you that it was a mistake...

Why do you think you are a good fit for the role?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Private Equity Recruitment (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
All the interviewers (I spoke to six individuals overall) were really friendly and made me feel comfortable, however it was really unprofessional of them to lead me on and tell me I'm doing well, and then reject me through my recruitment agent and never provide feedback. They never rejected me directly either; my agent just texted 'Sorry it's going to be a no.'
