Five interviews in all; HR screening, then hiring manager, another VP, a consultant, and the CEO. While there were several meetings, the process moved quickly. No assessments or formal presentations.

Do you have experience driving new business/growth programming in the digital marketing space?
I recently had the opportunity to speak with a recruiter from Primacy], and it was a genuinely positive experience. The recruiter was well-informed and took the time to share detailed insights about the company, its leadership, the team structure, and the role I had applied for. It made me even more excited about the opportunity and the organization overall.
While I wasn’t selected to move forward due to not having the exact background they were looking for, the conversation left a strong impression. I appreciated the transparency and professionalism throughout the process. I’d definitely be interested in future opportunities with the company and hope to engage with them again down the line.

Interview with Head of HR - with 2nd interview interviews with 5 people from Marketing Dept. There was no cohesion in the Marketing Dept's approach to hiring. Clear disorganization stemming from Senior Management. Little talent and realistic direction stemming from the top ... no power given to the mid-managers, where the clear talent lies. Junior staff smug and off-putting.
